Directions

In medium mixing bowl, combine caramels and 1/4 cup evaporated milk.
Microwave at high (10) 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, butter, and 2 tablespoons evaporated milk.
Press one-half of cake mixture into lightly greased 8-inch square glass baking dish.
Micro wave at high (10) 1 to 2 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans on top.
Spread caramel mixture over chocolate chips and pecans.
Crumble remaining cake mix over caramel mixture.
Microwave at high (10) 3 to 4 minutes.
Cool before cutting.
