Turtle Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1 box German chocolate cake mix
3/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup Eagle Brand milk
1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
1 cup pecans
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Follow cake mix directions.
Pour 1/2 the cake batter into a 13x9 inch or Bundt pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
Melt caramels, Eagle Brand milk and butter over low heat.
Pour caramel mixture over cake.
Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over caramel mixture.
Pour other 1/2 of cake batter on top.
Bake for 20 minutes more.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top if desired.
