Ingredients
1 c. mashed turnip
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 egg, beaten
Directions
Stage 1-Mix all ingredients well.
Stage 2-Place in greased casserole dish.
Stage 3-Brush top with butter and bake at 325 degrees fareinhite for 55 minutes.
