 10 cups turnips, cooked and mashed
 Green onions1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Bacon1/2 Pound, diced
 Dried parsley1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Seasoned bread crumbs2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 tbs. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
 Louisiana hot sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 Dry white wine1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Garlic powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Cheddar Cheese1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 2 cups shrimp or crawfish, cut up
 1 cup fillet of fish, chopped
 Eggs4 , beaten

Directions

Layer turnips, cheese, shrimp (or crawfish), fish, onions, bacon, and bread crumbs.
Make 2 layers.
Beat eggs and blend with rest of ingredients.
Pour this mixture over the layers in the dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
