Ingredients

 Rice - 2 cups, partly cooked
 Currants1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chestnuts1 Dozen, cooked
 Butter1/4 pound
 Pistachio nuts - 1 cup, shelled
 Cinnamon1 Teaspoon
 Cayenne – as needed

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Finely chop nuts and chestnuts.
2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except butter.

MAKING
3. In a pan, melt butter and cook stuffing gently for 5 minutes with constant stirring.
