Ingredients

 
1 pound lean beef or lamb cut into 1 inch cubes
 
2 small boiled potatoes peeled
 
2 small onions, each cut into quarters
 
1 small green pepper, seeded and cut into 8 pieces
 
4 sprigs fresh parsley leaves
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
 
1 teaspoon curry powder, optional
 
Flour for rolling Vegetable oil for frying

Directions

Process half of the ingredients at a time in the processor bowl with the metal blade, turning it on and off quickly, until meat and vegetables are coarsely chopped.
Form plum size meatballs.
Roll in flour.
Fry in a small amount of oil in a skillet, or deep fry in oil at 375°F until done.
Remove and drain well.
Serve on 4 wooden skewers.
