Turkish Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken | 1 Kilogram, boiled | |
| Chicken stock | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Walnuts | 1/4 Kilogram | |
| Breadcrumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper and mustard | ||
Directions
Soak breadcrumbs in 1 cup water.
Mix into it the stock, walnut paste, olive oil and milk, season to taste with salt, pepper and mustard.
Lay chicken in a flat serving dish, spread paste over it, and serve cold.
