Ingredients

 15 mL 1 tbsp margarine
 2 turkey thighs, skinless, about 350 g each
 Onion1 Small, chopped
 125 mL 1/2 cup dry white wine
 1 L 4 cups beef broth, skimmed
 15 mL 1 tbsp tomato paste
 15 mL 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
 25 mL 2 tbsp commercial sauce thickener

Directions

Melt the margarine in a saucepan and braise the turkey, along with the onion, for 3 minutes on each side.
Deglaze with the white wine and add the beef broth.
Stir in the tomato paste and the thyme.
Let simmer for 45 minutes on low heat.
Add the sauce thickener.
Cut the thighs in half when serving.
