 2 turkey thighs (about 2 pounds)
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Snipped parsley2 Tablespoon
 Dried thyme leaves1/2 Teaspoon
 Rosemary leaves1/4 Teaspoon, dried
 2 medium green peppers, cut into 1/4-inch strips
 Green onions1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Cornstarch1 Teaspoon
 Cold water1 Tablespoon
 Parmesan cheese2 Tablespoon, grated

Directions

Remove skin and bones from turkey; cut turkey into strips, 2 x 1 inch.
Cook turkey in margarine and oil in 10-inch skillet, stirring occasionally, until light brown, about 6 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup water, the soy sauce, parsley, thyme and rosemary.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until turkey is tender, about 30 minutes.
Add green peppers and onions.
Cover and simmer just until peppers are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
Mix cornstarch and 1 tablespoon cold water; stir into turkey mixture.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
