Arrange turkey slices on microwavable dinner plate.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium high (70%) 4 minutes; rotate plate 1/2 turn.
Microwave until no longer pink, 4 to 6 minutes longer.
Microwave Chipotle Sauce uncovered on high, stirring every 15 seconds, until hot, about 1 1/2 minutes.
Arrange turkey on serving plate; top with sauce.
Sprinkle with tomato and green onion tops.
