Turkey Tortilla Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
4 cups diced cooked turkey or chicken
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can diced green chili peppers, drained
1 can green chili salsa
1 can sliced ripe olives, drained
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
8 corn tortillas, cut into 1/2 inch strips
2 cups each shredded jack and Cheddar cheeses
Directions
In a bowl, combine turkey, soup, chili peppers, salsa, olives, onions, and cumin.
Arrange half the tortilla strips in a well greased 7 by 11 inch baking dish.
Cover evenly with half the turkey mixture; sprinkle with jack cheese.
Top with remaining tortilla strips and turkey mixture.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 10 minutes (rotating dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes) or until heated through.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Microwave, covered, on HIGH (100%) for 1 minute.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
