Turkey-Swiss Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
1 (10-ounce) package frozen green beans
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup biscuit mix
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Cook green beans according to package directions, omitting seasonings.
Drain.
Add turkey, cheese, soup, and nutmeg, stir well.
Spoon mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Place biscuit mix in a medium bowl.
Combine egg, butter, and milk, add to biscuit mix, stirring just until blended.
Spoon biscuit mixture around edge of casserole, leaving center open.
Sprinkle parsley in center of casserole.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
