Turkey Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients
8 slices fresh bread, grated
3 cups salted peanuts, finely chopped or crushed
1/2 cup dry wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Pepper to taste
Directions
Mix bread and peanuts.
Combine wine, broth, butter, egg, and seasonings.
Toss dry mixture with a fork while adding liquid mixture.
Stuff lightly into cavities of turkey.
Roast as directed.
