Turkey Slices On Vegetable Bed Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 8 ounces fresh small mushrooms | ||
| Frozen peas package | 2 , Defrosted | |
| Tomatoes | 4 Small, halved | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| A thick slices cooked turkey breast | ||
| Seasonings to taste | ||
Directions
Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan.
Add mushrooms; saute lightly.
Add peas; cover.
Heat gently 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes and parsley; simmer 3 minutes.
Season with salt.
Heat oil in separate pan; saute turkey 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Season to taste.
Arrange vegetables on heated platter. (Use slotted spoon if too much liquid has accumulated.)
