Ingredients

 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon
 8 ounces fresh small mushrooms
 Frozen peas package2 , Defrosted
 Tomatoes4 Small, halved
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 A thick slices cooked turkey breast
 Seasonings to taste

Directions

Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan.
Add mushrooms; saute lightly.
Add peas; cover.
Heat gently 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes and parsley; simmer 3 minutes.
Season with salt.
Heat oil in separate pan; saute turkey 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Season to taste.
Arrange vegetables on heated platter. (Use slotted spoon if too much liquid has accumulated.)
Arrange turkey slices on vegetables.
