Turkey Shami Kebabs Recipe

| 1lb ground lean turkey meat | ||
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Green chilies | 2 Medium, finely chopped | |
| 1/4 cup Cilantro leaves chopped | ||
| Coriander seeds | 2 Tablespoon, roasted | |
| Chili powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garam masala powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| 1 Eggs lightly beaten | ||
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Knead them like dough. Let it rest about 20 minutes at room temperature.
Mold the mixture in to patties about 1/4" thick and 2" in diameter
Pre heat a hot griddle on stove top and cook 3-5 minutes each side with as little oil as needed.
