Turkey Cutlets with Lemony Sauce Recipe Video
Turkey is a great replacement for chicken and this meal is ideal to serve when you have a special guest.
Ingredients
| Flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Vegetable seasoning | To Taste | |
| Butter | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Chicken bullion cubes/2 teaspoon chicken bullion | 2 | |
| Water | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| White wine | 3⁄10 Cup (4.8 tbs) | |
| Capers | 2 Tablespoon |
Directions
Pound the turkey until they are 1/4 inch thick.
In a seperate bowl, mix 1 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Add 1 tsp of vegetable seasoning if you have.
Now, dust the turkey with flour.
In a pan over medium heat, melt 1 1/2 butter.
Toss in the turkey and saute for 3 m inutes on each side and remove from pan.
Mix 2 chicken buillion cubes or 2 tsp powdered bullion in 1 1/2 cup water.
Pour the liquid into the pan, add 1/2 cup lemon juice and 3/4 cup white wine to the pan and bring it to boil. Simmer until the mixture boils down to half.
Put the turkey breast into the simmering sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
Add 2 tbsp of capers sauce.
Serve.
