Turkey Pepper Steaks With Roquefort Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound turkey breast steaks, 3/8 inch thick
Seasoned salt
Cracked pepper or coarse
Fresh ground pepper
1 1//2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup Roquefort Sauce
Directions
Sprinkle turkey steaks with seasoned salt on both sides; sprinkle with pepper, as much as desired, on one side only.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat; cook steaks, about 4 minutes on each side, or until tender.
Serve with Roquefort Sauce.
