Turkey Patties Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground turkey | 1⁄2 Pound | |
| Chopped mushrooms | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Green onion | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Seasoned bread crumbs | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 , lightly beaten | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| White sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use As Needed) |

Directions
Shape into 2 patties.
Set aside.
Preheat browning dish according to manu-facturer's directions.
Combine green onion and bread crumbs.
Dip patties into egg, then into bread crumbs and onion mixture.
Place butter in preheated browning dish.
Add patties and cook on HI, 2 minutes.
Turn patties over and cook another 2 to 3 minutes on HI, or until patties are tender and lightly browned.
Place on serving plat-ter and top with Basic White Sauce.
Garnish with parsley or other fresh herbs, if desired.
