Editors Review

This Turkey kofta korma is perfect for those who are avoiding red meat or want a healthier alternative. The Indian Chef uses turkey mince to make spicy koftas (meatballs) and adds them to a creamy korma sauce turning the otherwise lean and bland turkey meat into a rich and flavorful dish. He adds a few cranberries, in the spirit of Thanksgiving! It is a great way of using turkey mince and makes a nice change from boring old turkey sandwiches!
