Turkey In Stuffing Crust Recipe
Ingredients
| Mix | 6 Cup (96 tbs), stuffing | |
| Onion | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Evaporated milk | 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) | |
| Pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Poultry seasoning | 1⁄8 Teaspoon |
Directions
Combine stuffing mix and enough water to moisten; mix well.
Press into greased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch bak- ing dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Saute onion in butter; blend in flour.
Stir in milk gradually; simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is smooth and thickened.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Place in stuffing crust.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees; bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
