Turkey Green Bean Puff Recipe
Ingredients
| Canned cream of chicken soup | 10 1⁄2 Ounce | |
| Milk | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cayenne | 1 Dash | |
| Cooked turkey/Chicken | 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into thick slices | |
| Cooked green beans | 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into 1 inch pieces | |
| Peanuts | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped | |
| Eggs | 4 , separated | |
| Swiss cheese | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |

Directions
1) In a 1 ½ quart greased casserole, mix together the soup, milk, butter and the seasonings
2) Add in the chicken, beans and peanuts and mix well
3) Bake in the oven for 10minutes
4) In a bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the egg yolks till foamy and then tip in the cheese
5) Using the electric beater, whip the egg whites till stiff and fold into the mixture
6) Pile the fluffy topping on the casserole and bake for 30 minutes
SERVING
7) Serve warm at once
