| Celery with leaves - 1 cup, diced | ||
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hot Sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Poultry seasoning | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Bread cubes - 8 cups | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Mushrooms | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Dry white wine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, heat butter.
2) Add in the onion and celery and sauté till tender.
3) Add in the seasonings.
4) Add the sautéed mix over bread.
5) Add in the parsley, mushrooms, wine and pecans.
6) Toss lightly.
SERVING
7) Serve with roast turkey.
