Directions

MAKING
1) In a frying pan, melt the butter and tip in the flour and salt
2) Then slowly add in the chicken stock and cook over a low flame stirring continually till the mixture starts to thicken
3) Take off from the heat and add in the tabasco sauce, cream and cheese
4) In a 2 quart casserole, place the cooked rigatoni and then top with the broccoli
5) Layer in the cooked turkey and pour the sauce over
6) Bake in 40 minutes at 350F till the broccoli is tender

SERVING
7) Serve warm with some sprinkled cheese on top
