 Bay Leaf1
 Celery salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Cayenne pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon
 Sweet basil1/4 Teaspoon
 Cooked turkey1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1/2 cup cooked peas (optional)
 1 1/4 cups cooked rice Salt and pepper
 1 1/4 cups cooked rice Salt and pepper

Directions

Saute onions, green pepper, and celery in butter in a skillet until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly before serving.
