Turkey Cocktail Balls Recipe

Ingredients
2 Pounds Ground Turkey
1/3 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce, Divided
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Peanut Oil
2 Tablespoons Pineapple Juice
1 Egg
2 Small Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Cup Fresh Bread Crumbs
6 Canned Green Chilies, Drained And Chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chili powder, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon peanut oil, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper, mix well.
Shape turkey mixture into 1-inch balls.
Lightly coat a large, heavy skillet with peanut oil.
Add meatballs in batches, cook over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.
Drain well.
In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, lemon juice, pineapple juice, remaining 3 tablespoons soy sauce, garlic and chilies, mix well.
Cook, stirring, over low heat until brown sugar melts.
Place warm meatballs in a chafing dish, pour warm sauce over them.
Serve warm, with wooden picks.
