Turkey Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
Left over turkey
1 1/2 cupfuls milk
Left over turkey stuffing
3 egg-yolks
6 tablespoonfuls butter or margarine
2 teaspoonfuls salt
1 lb. mushrooms
2 tablespoonfuls flour
1/4 cupful bread crumbs
Directions
Cut left over turkey into good sized pieces.
In the bottom of a casserole arrange a layer of cold stuffing and then place the turkey slices on top.
Meanwhile prepare a sauce by melting 2 tbsp. fat, adding flour and stirring until smooth.
Next add milk and when the sauce is thickened, pour it over beaten egg yolks and add 1 tsp. salt.
Pour this sauce over turkey and cover with mushrooms which have first been chopped and cooked in 2 tbsp. of fat until tender, then combined with the bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. fat and 1 tsp. salt.
Bake in a hot oven of 400° F. for 30 min.
