Turkey Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground turkey | 8 Ounce | |
| 1 tablespoon plus | ||
| Margarine | 1 Teaspoon, softened | |
| Water | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 packet instant chicken broth and seasoning mix | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Ketchup | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 2 hamburger rolls (2 ounces each), cut into halves and toasted | ||
Directions
In bowl combine turkey, margarine, water, and broth mix; form into 2 equal patties.
Spray 9- or 10-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat; add patties and brown on both sides.
Reduce heat to low and add onions; cover pan and cook until patties are no longer pink inside, 5 to 8 minutes.
Serve each burger, topped with 2 teaspoons ketchup and half of the cooked onion slices, on a toasted roll.
