1 tsp olive oil
 
Greens
 
Tomatoes
 
Mandarin orange
 
Light mayonnaise
 
Vinegertte
 
Turkey breast
 
Cranberry sauce

Directions

Heat a pan and add olive oil. Put turkey breast over it. Add salt and pepper and saute it.
To make cranberry mayonnaise, mix a tbsp of mayonnaise and cranberry sauce.
Make vinegerette by mixing olive oil and vinegar and some juice of orange, add salt.
Slice the turkey breast. Slice a bun and spread the dressing over it. Place some greens, turkey and buns in a plate. Serve with some cherry tomatoes and pour the vinegerette over it.
