18 spears fresh asparagus (about 1 pound)
2 tablespoons water
6 thin slices cooked turkey (about 6 ounces)
6 thin slices cooked ham (about 6 ounces)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Break off tough ends of asparagus at point where stalks snap easily.
Place asparagus in 2 quart casserole.
Add water.
Cover and microwave until tender, 7 to 8 minutes; drain.
Wrap each turkey and ham slice around 3 asparagus spears.
Place in oblong baking dish, 12 x 71/2 x 2 inches.
Mix soup, milk and cheese; pour over rolls.
Cover loosely and microwave until hot, 8 to 10 minutes.
