Ingredients

 
2 packages frozen broccoli, cooked
 
1/3 cup butter
 
1/3 cup flour
 
1 1/2 cups turkey broth or consomme
 
1 cup evaporated milk
 
1 cup dry white wine
 
Salt and pepper
 
Worcestershire sauce
 
3 cups coarsely diced cooked turkey or chicken
 
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Arrange broccoli in greased shallow casserole dish.
Melt butter; stir in flour.
Add broth, milk, and wine.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and smooth.
Cook and stir 2 or 3 minutes.
Season to taste.
Lay turkey over broccoli in baking dish.
Cover with wine-cream sauce.
Sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
Bake at 400 °F about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
