Turkey Aglia Olio Recipe
Turkey Aglia Olio is a unique and exquisite turkey preparation that is perfect for your dinner parties. Though I am not too much of a turkey fan I a love the Turkey Aglia Olio. I am sure your guests too will love the Turkey Aglia Olio.
Ingredients
| 1 lb. boneless, skinless turkey breast | ||
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), finley minced | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, finley minced | |
| Oregano | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Black pepper | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 10 oz. angel hair pasta, hot, cooked nonfat cooking spray | ||
Directions
Slice the turkey breast thinly across the grain of the meat.
In a small bowl, combine the oil, garlic, parsley, oregano, Parmesan cheese, pepper and salt.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and grill the turkey slices for 3-4 minutes or until fully cooked.
Place the pasta on a serving platter, pour the sauce over and toss well.
Arrange the turkey slices on top and serve immediately.
