Ingredients

 Roast turkey3 , rolled
 Chicken broth1 10 1/2 Ounce, condensed
 1 soup can water
 Rice grain1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Powdered saffron1/8 Teaspoon
 Snipped parsley2 Tablespoon
 Pimiento1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Toasted slivered almonds1/3 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Prepare turkey roast according to package directions.
In saucepan, combine chicken broth and water; bring to boiling.
Stir in rice and saffron.
Cover and simmer about 25 minutes or till water is absorbed.
Remove from heat.
Stir in snipped parsley, chopped pimiento, and almonds.
Serve with hot sliced turkey roast.
