Turkey With Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| Roast turkey | 3 , rolled | |
| Chicken broth | 1 10 1/2 Ounce, condensed | |
| 1 soup can water | ||
| Rice grain | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Powdered saffron | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Snipped parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pimiento | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Toasted slivered almonds | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Prepare turkey roast according to package directions.
In saucepan, combine chicken broth and water; bring to boiling.
Stir in rice and saffron.
Cover and simmer about 25 minutes or till water is absorbed.
Remove from heat.
Stir in snipped parsley, chopped pimiento, and almonds.
Serve with hot sliced turkey roast.
