Ingredients

 2 turkey thighs or turkey drumsticks
 Paprika5 1/2 Teaspoon
 Onion1 Medium, sliced
 1/2 cup thawed orange juice concentrate, undiluted
 Water1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Brown sugar2 Tablespoon
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Soy sauce2 Teaspoon
 Ground ginger1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Rinse turkey parts and pat dry.
Place under broiler to brown.
Remove to Dutch oven or roasting pan and sprinkle with paprika.
Arrange onion slices over turkey parts.
In small bowl, combine juice concentrate, water, brown sugar, parsley, soy sauce and ginger.
Pour over turkey and onions.
Cover and bake approximately 1 hour in a 400°F preheated oven until turkey is tender, basting once or twice.
Slice meat, coat with sauce and garnish with orange twists.
