Turkey With Mushrooms And Marsala Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1 pound sliced cooked turkey
1/4 cup Marsala wine
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup broth from Simmered Turkey or chicken broth
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions
Saute the mushrooms in the butter.
When the mushrooms are browned a bit, add the turkey slices.
Saute only until hot.
Add the remaining ingredients, stir about for a minute, and remove the turkey and mushrooms to a heated platter.
Reduce the sauce, and pour over the turkey.
