Turkey Wings With Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
1 package (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) frozen turkey wings, thawed and cut into 2 pieces at large joint
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 medium tomatoes, quartered
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon leaf basil
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 bay leaf
Directions
1. Place turkey wing pieces, thick pieces toward outside, in 2-quart (12x7) glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 25 minutes. Turn wings over; add vegetables and seasonings; recover, and continue cooking on ROAST for 25 to 30 minutes or until meat is fork tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
