 6 ounces Cooked Turkey Breast, cubed
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 1 small Red Delicious apple, cored and cut into small cubes
 Walnuts2 Tablespoon, chopped
 1 tablespoon reduced calorie mayonnaise
 Nonfat yogurt1 Tablespoon
 Ground nutmeg1/8 Teaspoon
 Ground cinnamon1/8 Teaspoon
 Lettuce leaves4
 8 slices reduced calorie raisin bread

Directions

Combine turkey, celery, apple, walnuts, mayonnaise, yogurt, nutmeg and cinnamon in medium bowl; blend well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight to allow flavors to blend.
