Turkey Waldorf Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 ounces Cooked Turkey Breast, cubed | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 1 small Red Delicious apple, cored and cut into small cubes | ||
| Walnuts | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 tablespoon reduced calorie mayonnaise | ||
| Nonfat yogurt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Lettuce leaves | 4 | |
| 8 slices reduced calorie raisin bread | ||
Directions
Combine turkey, celery, apple, walnuts, mayonnaise, yogurt, nutmeg and cinnamon in medium bowl; blend well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight to allow flavors to blend.
