Turkey Tostados Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups cubed cooked Turkey
1 package (11/2 ounces) taco seasoning mix Water
4 corn tortillas
1/4 cup canned retried beans
1/4 cup (1 ounce) shredded reduced calorie Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1/2 cup taco sauce
Plain low fat yogurt (optional)
Guacamole (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In large skillet, over medium heat, combine turkey and taco seasoning mix.
Add water according to package directions.
Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place tortillas on large cookie sheet.
Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until tortillas are crispy and lightly browned.
Spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon beans.
Top evenly with meat mixture and cheese.
Return to oven 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
