Turkey Toss Recipe
Ingredients
1 10 oz. frozen cut asparagus pkg
3 cup cooked turkey, cut into strips
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 tsp. vinegar or lemon juice
1 1/2 cup brown rice cooked
1 1/2 cup wild rice cooked to taste
Seasonings without salt
12 med. almonds, slivered
Directions
1. Cook asparagus and drain.
2. Add asparagus, turkey, chicken stock, and vinegar or lemon juice to cooked rice. Toss gently together.
3. Heat and season to taste. Garnish with slivered almonds
