Turkey Stuffed with Spinach Recipe
Ingredients
| Turkey breasts | 8 2 Ounce | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Shallots | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| BREADCRUMBS | ||
| Corn flakes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Melted butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Place the turkey between two sheets of thick plastic wrap and flatten, to 1/8 in (3 mm) thick by using a meat pounder or rolling pin.
In a pan, melt the butter.
Add the shallots, garlic powder and thyme, cook for 2 minutes.
Add the spinach and cook for 5 minutes.
Let cool and add the cheese.
Spread the mixture on each turkey breast, and roll up; set aside.
Mix together the breadcrumb ingredients and coat each turkey breast.
Place the rolls in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
In a pan, melt the butter.
Add the shallots, garlic powder and thyme, cook for 2 minutes.
Add the spinach and cook for 5 minutes.
Let cool and add the cheese.
Spread the mixture on each turkey breast, and roll up; set aside.
Mix together the breadcrumb ingredients and coat each turkey breast.
Place the rolls in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
