Turkey Spaghetti Recipe
Ingredients
| Spaghetti | 1/2 Pound | |
| Cooked turkey | 4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Pimento | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| 2 c. undiluted mushroom soup | ||
| 1 c. turkey broth or water | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Onion | 1 Small, grated | |
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 3 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
MAKING
2) Cook the spaghetti after breaking it into 2-inch pieces and drain
3) In a bowl, combine turkey, pimento, mushroom soup, broth, celery, grated, salt and pepper and mix well
4) If pimento is hard to come by, use green pepper instead
5) Place this mixture in a grease casserole, layer the cheese on top and cover
6) Slide it into the oven and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour
SERVING
7) Serve hot right after it comes out of the oven
