Turkey Souffle Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 can (about 10 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon chopped green onion
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 eggs
1 cup diced cooked turkey
Directions
1. Combine Swiss cheese, soup, onion, parsley, mustard, and pepper in a large saucepan. Place over very low heat and stir until cheese just melts.
2. Separate eggs and beat in egg yolks one at a time. Stir in turkey.
3. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold into cheese mixture.
4. Pour into a well-buttered 2-quart souffle dish.
5. Bake at 375°F about 30 minutes.
