 1 tbsp. diet margarine
 Ground turkey1 Pound
 Onion1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Celery1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Tomato soup10 1/2 Ounce, condensed
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Buns12 , toasted

Directions

MAKING
1. In a large nonstick skillet, melt the margarine, add ground turkey and cook in low heat until brown
2. Add the chopped vegetables and cook some more till tender; add in the soup, salt, pepper
3. Cover and simmer for half an hour

SERVING
4. Goes well with toasted buns
