Ingredients

 Spaghetti Crust
 Spaghetti4 Ounce
 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
 Parmesan cheese1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Cheese Filling
 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
 Sausage Filling
 4 ounces diced turkey sausage links or ground turkey sausage
 Onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green peppers1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 3/4 cup reduced-fat spaghetti sauce
 Mozzarella cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

To make the spaghetti CRUST: Lightly spray a 9" pie plate with no-stick spray and set aside.
Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the package.
Drain and rinse with hot water.
Transfer the hot spaghetti to a medium bowl.
Stir in the 2 egg whites and Parmesan cheese.
Press the pasta mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie plate.
To make the cheese FILLING: Place the cottage cheese in a sieve.
Using the back of a spoon, push the cottage cheese through the sieve into a small bowl.
Stir in the 2 egg whites until well combined.
Spread the cheese mixture in the bottom of the spaghetti crust and set aside.
To MAKE THE sausage FILLING: Preheat the oven to 350°.
Lightly spray an unheated large skillet with no-stick spray.
Add the sausage, onions and green peppers.
Cook and stir until the sausage is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender.
Stir in the spaghetti sauce.
Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Spoon the sausage filling on top of the cheese filling.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Top with the mozzarella cheese and bake about 5 minutes more or until melted.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
