 1 pound lean ground turkey meat
 Ground cumin1/2 Teaspoon
 Cayenne pepper 3/4 Teaspoon
 Italian herb seasoning1 Tablespoon
 Garlic powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Coriander1 1/4 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Paprika1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 4 tablespoons plain, fine bread crumbs
 1/2 cup homemade Chicken Broth or commercial low-sodium variety

Directions

In a bowl, combine turkey, herbs and bread crumbs.
Stir well.
Add chicken broth and stir again.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Form into eight patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
Spray skillet with vegetable oil, or use a nonstick skillet.
Cook patties in skillet over medium heat 7 to 8 minutes on each side, or until done.
