Turkey Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Turkey | 1 Pound, cut into thin strips | |
| Jack cheese | 1/4 Pound, cut into thin strips | |
| Red bell pepper | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Green onions | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste |
Directions
1. In a large bowl toss together turkey, cheese, bell pepper, and green onions.
2. In a separate bowl blend mayonnaise, sour cream, and horseradish.
3. Add dressing to turkey mixture; gently toss to coat. Season liberally with pepper.
