Turkey Ranch Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
| Swiss cheese package | 1 , sliced | |
| Turkey meat package | 2 , sliced | |
| 10 thin slices boiled ham | ||
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Allspice | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Shortening | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Dry bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Horseradish | 1 Carton (1l) | |
Directions
Cut cheese slices crosswise in half.
Place slice of turkey and cheese on each slice of ham.
Roll up, beginning at narrow end; secure with wooden picks.
Stir together flour, salt, pepper and allspice.
Beat egg until blended.
Coat meat rolls with flour mixture.
Dip each into egg, then roll in bread crumbs.
Melt shortening in large, skillet and fry meat rolls in hot shortening, turning to brown all sides.
Meanwhile, heat horseradish dip.
Place meat rolls on warm platter and remove picks; serve with hot horseradish dip.
