Turkey Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon | 1/4 pound, diced | |
| Cooked turkey | 1 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| 1 1/2 cups cooked spaghetti or noodles | ||
| Cheese | 3 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Turkey gravy | 4 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cup soft white bread crumbs | ||
| Parsley | ||
| 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Cook bacon.
Drain fat, leaving 2 tablespoons in pan.
Add turkey, spaghetti, cheese, gravy, and salt and pepper to taste.
Heat well.
Heavily grease a loaf pan (9x5x3 inches) and sprinkle soft bread crumbs over bottom and sides.
Fill with turkey mixture, pressing with spoon to pack tightly.
Bake in preheated very hot oven (450°F.) for 15 to 20 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and chopped hard-cooked egg.
Serve with additional hot turkey gravy.
