Turkey Pita Rounds Recipe
These Turkey Pita Rounds are a favorite lunch fare for me. This irresistible bird filling doused in tangy fruit relish has mesmerized me and I want to have this bread dish for most meals for a long time to come. Try these Turkey Pita Rounds and let me know if you like them.
Ingredients
| Cooked turkey | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 1/2 cup cranberry-orange relish | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 4 pita bread rounds, halved crosswise | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Meanwhile, in mixing bowl combine turkey, cranberry-orange relish, celery, mayonnaise or salad dressing, salt, and pepper.
Spoon some filling into each of the pita round halves.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake in 375° oven about 10 minutes or till hot.
