 Cooked turkey3 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 1 c. diced cooked carrots
 6 sm. onions, diced and cooked
 Turkey1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Evaporated milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Turkey broth1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Flour1 1/8 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Baking powder1 Teaspoon
 Sweet potatoes1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed
 Melted butter1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg1 , Well beaten

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degree

MAKING
2) In a greased baking dish, layer the turkey, carrots, onions and dressing
3) Mix the milk and broth
4) In a saucepan, stir in 2 tablespoons of flour and add the milk mixture
5) Stir constantly and add 1 teaspoon salt, cooking until thickened
6) After removing from the stove, pour it over the turkey mixture
7) In a bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and salt and add sweet potatoes, butter and egg
8) Roll this mixture into 1/4 inch sheet on a floured surface and place it over the turkey mixture
9) Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked in 350 degree

SERVING
10) Serve hot after removing from the oven
