Turkey Parmesan Recipe
Turkey parmesan is a skillet cooked turkey breast recipe made with oodles of cheese to taste! Cooked in butter, the turkey is topped with spaghetti sauce and a three cheese medley of parmesan, mozarella and flavor processed cheese. Finished and served with chopped fresh herbs or any other garnish of choice, it makes a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients
1 teaspoon diet margarine
1 (2-ounce) slice raw turkey breast
3 tablespoons prepared spaghetti sauce
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 slice Mozzarella

Directions
In small skillet, over medium heat, melt margarine.
Add turkey breast slice.
Cook 2 minutes; turn.
Reduce heat to low; top turkey with remaining ingredients.
Cover; cook 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Garnish as desired.
